Refund Policy

Refund requests can be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
For returns due to personal reasons, only returns are accepted; exchanges are not available.
Opened ampoules and cosmetic products may be returned, provided that more than 50% of the product remains.
The final determination of the remaining quantity will be based on the photos submitted by the customer and the physical inspection of the returned product.
Devices may be returned after opening, provided they are fully functional, free from physical damage, and returned with all original accessories.
When requesting a refund for a device, customers must submit a video demonstrating that the device powers on and functions properly.
Bundle sets and promotional products are eligible for a refund only if all items, including any free gifts, are returned in full.
Photos and/or videos are required when submitting a refund request.
